The hotel is in a prime location at the heart of Yerevan, offering spacious and well-appointed rooms, though not entirely as depicted in the photos during the daytime. The service is accommodating and helpful, especially for transportation needs. The dining options include a variety of dishes with unique combinations. The central location allows for convenient exploration of the city's attractions.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, while a bit run down, were clean and comfortable. However, the lack of tea/coffee making facilities and early room service were a bit inconvenient. The smell of cigarette smoke at night was bothersome, and the room temperature was never cool enough.
